Q: How does this actually work? What do I need to do?
A: It’s super simple! All we need is a clear photo of your pet (you can upload it straight on our site). From there, we begin crafting the bust in stunning detail. We hand-paint the final touches to match your pet’s coloring. The entire process is collaborative and completely done for you – you get to sit back until your custom art is ready to ship. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way, so you always know what’s happening. In short: you send a photo, we create a masterpiece, and you get an heirloom-quality pet portrait delivered to your door.

Q: What if it doesn’t look like my pet or I’m not happy with the result?
A: We’re committed to making sure you love your piece. Before we finish up, we’ll send you photos of the artwork for approval. If there’s anything slightly off – say we missed a marking or the coloring needs a tweak – we’ll adjust it. Our artists welcome your feedback. (But we’re proud to share that our clients usually tell us “you nailed it!” on the first try.) Your happiness (and a true likeness of your pet) is our guarantee.

Q: How much does it cost, and how long will I wait?
A: Each personalized pet bust is a flat £70. This price includes everything – the 3d-wall art hand-painting and our love and care poured into it. We also offer 3d wall art sculpture for your pet unpainted that costs £50. Once you place your order and send your photo, expect about 3–5 working days for us to create your piece. Remember, we’re making it from scratch just for you! Shipping times vary by location, but we’ll provide a tracking number as soon as it’s on its way. (We ship worldwide, so no matter where home is, we’ll get your FacePaws art to you.) In the end, you’ll have a priceless keepsake that’s absolutely worth the wait.
